Emerge Wisconsin is an innovative and comprehensive program preparing Democratic Women to run for political office.
Emerge Graduates will become political leaders who better reflect the priorities and realities of our communities.
Through this program Penny obtained the support and tools she needs to run and win. She paticipated in Emerge Wisconsin from January 2007 through September 2007.
The Graduation of Emerge Wisconsin's Inaugural Class took place at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
